As of April 11, 2010 (Sunday) Shen Yun Performing Arts has completed 3 shows in Chicago at Civic Opera House accompanied by thunderous applause, whistles, and echoing Shen Yun Masters of Ceremony from the audience members who left these shows with feelings of peace in their hearts and smiles on their faces. Especially our interviewees Padra and Tom Meyer and their friend Lori Magnoni who were asked what particular sets stood out for them, this is what they had to say. Padra enjoyed dramatic Flowing Silk dance, the patterns conjure an image of rippling water, is a favorite in classical Chinese dance. She also was captivated by Tibetan Dance of Praise that young men and women share their joy of life in the snowy mountains, and part of their daily life as herding, hunting, or devotional prayers. Lori Magnoni liked the story telling dances such as The Emperor Ushers in a Glorious Age, and Wu Song Battles the Tiger. Tom Meyer thought all the dance sets are equally refine and special. But, he is deeply touched by the program titled Nothing Can Block the Divine Path.
Let’s now listen to Padra and Tom Meyer also their friend Lori Magnoni’s first Shen Yun experience.
In the month of April after Chicago, The Shen Yun Performing Arts will be touring in the United States includes Minneapolis Minisota, Denvor Colarado, Omaha Nebraska, and Milwaukee Wisconsin.
