Top 10 Things You Should Know about the Beijing Olympics and Falun Gong
10 Jun 2008

China’s Olympic Committee President was found liable for torture

To prepare for the Olympics, Chinese security ordered a “strike hard” against Falun Gong.

Falun Gong practitioners are being killed in custody faster and more frequently than before.

Thousands of Falun Gong practitioners around China have been arrested “in preparation” for the games.

Falun Gong practitioners are officially excluded from the Games because of religious belief, in clear violation of the Olympic Charter.

Falun Gong has never taken a position on an Olympic boycott.

A “clean up” of districts hosting Olympic venues has included the arrest of local residents who practice Falun Gong.

Despite ostensibly freer regulations for foreign journalists, Falun Gong remains taboo.

Hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners will experience the Olympics from inside labor camps, where they are often tortured.

Most Chinese are unaware of any of the above because independent information about Falun Gong remains blocked inside China.

China Presses Hush Money on Grieving Parents
By EDWARD WONG

HANWANG, China — The official came for Yu Tingyun in his village one
evening last week. He asked Mr. Yu to get into his car. He was clutching
the contract and a pen.

Mr. Yu’s daughter had died in a cascade of concrete and bricks, one of at
least 240 students at a high school here who lost their lives in the May 12
earthquake. Mr. Yu became a leader of grieving parents demanding to know if
the school, like so many others, had crumbled because of poor construction.

The contract had been thrust in Mr. Yu’s face during a long police
interrogation the day before. In exchange for his silence and for affirming
that the ruling Communist Party “mobilized society to help us,” he would
get a cash payment and a pension.

Mr. Yu had resisted then. This time, he took the pen.

“When I saw that most of the parents had signed it, I signed it myself,”
Mr. Yu said softly. A wiry 42-year-old driver, he carries a framed portrait
of his daughter, Yang, in his shoulder bag.

This is Catherine Hennessy bringing you a special report titled “The Call for Freedom Echoes From Leipzig to Flushing” edited by Thomas Kleiber Special to The Epoch Times.

West Berliners crowd in front of the Berlin Wall early on November 11, 1989, as a section of the wall is demolished, an event that the “Monday Demonstrations” in Leipzig helped bring to pass.

Perhaps you have not heard of the “Monday Demonstrations,” but you can be sure the heads of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) know very well what they are. Their memory of those days back in 1989 helps explain the mobs they have helped organize in Flushing, New York, to try to stamp out calls for the CCP’s end.

Jucelino Nobrega da Luz: A Modern Day Nostradamus?

This thing has taken our school alarmed. It was started in a roaming text messages saying that there will be an earthquake on July 18. Then our teacher told this just yesterday. I thought that that is just a joke. But our school was alarmed. And I think to myself: Is this true?

Well, just want to share this to all.

Uncanny Prophesy: What will happen to the world at 2008?

Mr. Jucelino Nobrega da Luz is a Brazilian, born in 1960, 48 years old now. He is a teacher, another normal citizen having a very poor life with his wife and kids. All the events which Mr. Jucelino predicted had clear indications of the year, month and dates of the disasters. In case any third party wants to confirm the facticity of his prophecy, Mr. Jucelino always put the story which he predicted to the notarization office or post office for approval.

Somebody asked him, how old did he start the prophesy dream, and he answered: 9 years old. From 1969, he dreamt 3 events a day, sometimes 9, the number of times he dream differs every day. He said all the prophecy dreams appear automatically in his dream. When Mr. Jucelino was 19 years old, he met the famous Brazilian prophecy Saint Mr. Franciscoshabiz, after which the frequency of worldwide disaster events increased in his prophecy dreams. Twice, Mr. Franciscoshabiz was the candidate for the Nobel Prize: he is a very famous differential functional person, at the same time he is also a Charitarian.

The events which Mr. Jucelino predicted are already more than 80,000. Let’s first look at a few big worldwide events and huge disaster from his prophesy…
